These numbers carry no predictive value whatsoever and are not more or less likely to win any lottery drawing than any other combination of numbers.

2. No Liability — Financial or Otherwise

Tom Budd, UNA (the AI system), Resoverse LLC, and all associated individuals, entities, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "We") accept absolutely no responsibility or liability for:

• Any financial losses incurred from purchasing lottery tickets using numbers generated by this Tool
• Any financial losses from gambling or wagering of any kind related to use of this Tool
• Any damages, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on this Tool's output
• Any emotional distress, opportunity costs, or consequential damages of any nature
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game rules, odds, or number ranges displayed
• Any losses arising from the "Text to Phone" feature, including but not limited to messaging fees

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate game rules and number ranges, lottery games may change their rules, number ranges, drawing schedules, or ticket prices at any time. We make no guarantee that the information displayed on this Tool is current, accurate, or complete. Users should always verify game rules directly with the official lottery organization in their jurisdiction before purchasing tickets.

4. Not Affiliated With Any Lottery Organization

7. Data & Privacy

This Tool operates entirely client-side in your browser. No numbers, phone numbers, or personal data are transmitted to, stored on, or processed by our servers. The "Text to Phone" feature uses your device's native SMS application via the sms: URI scheme — the phone number you enter never leaves your device.

8. UNA's Role

UNA is an artificial intelligence system developed by Tom Budd. The 3D visualization of "UNA choosing numbers" is a creative representation of the random number generation process. UNA does not possess predictive abilities, supernatural insight, or any special knowledge of future lottery outcomes. The visualization is purely artistic and educational.

9. Governing Law

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to This Disclaimer

We reserve the right to modify this legal disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Tool after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
